What kind of ability is needed to acquire the ability to work alone online?

The first thing I can think of is the ability to use IT.

Also, even though I work alone, I need colleagues, so I also need the ability to connect online.

If you don't understand it, you have to look it up yourself.

You can get a rough idea by searching online with Google, but there are many things you can't understand by searching.

To get a new idea, you need some input.

Some of them are universal, such as reading, but I think that chatting in the online community is useful here.
