Recently, my sleep time is getting shorter

My goal is to sleep for 8 hours, go to bed at 9 pm and wake up at 5 am.
I tried to go to bed at 10 pm at the latest.

However, since I recently started an English blog and YouTube videos, I tend to be a little late at bedtime.

Also, COVID-19 reduces the number of times I run, so I feel that the quality of sleep also deteriorates due to a slight lack of exercise.

Besides, children's lifestyle has become a night person, and there is a light at night.

Such a trivial cause piled up, and there is no refreshing feeling when waking up.

I post to blogs in the morning, but rather than thinking and writing, I use the voice of the heart as it is.

However, even if I ask myself that I'm in such a lack of sleep, I will not answer.

I'm already sleepy, I'll take a break if I rest a little longer, so why not take a rest?

I woke up this morning at 5 am and am preparing myself for going to a computer and smartphone even though I am not going anywhere, but my reaction is 404 not found.

I couldn't help it, so when I read it on the blog and wrote a comment, I fell asleep.
It returned in 15 minutes and was finally ready to write.
If I don't have enough sleep time, the information stored in my brain seems to be incomplete and cluttered.
