Last month the value of mutual funds went negative

Hello.
I've been free from money obsession with the recent decline in stock prices.
I invested in mutual funds by the dollar cost averaging method, and it was a daily routine to check their valuation.
I don't think it's a perfect thing to get excited over the daily valuation, but I've kept it as part of the habit of accepting reality.
However, by continuing this, unexpected side effects appeared.

I've been more attaching to money than before.

Initially, I liked the money itself, so I thought there was no help for it, but the sharp decline since late February has made it worse.
On March 13, the valuation became negative for the first time in the nine-year dollar-cost averaging method.
Half of the cryptocurrencies we just started in February are gone.

This morning, after inputting the valuation into the household account book, I felt a slight change in psychology.
What that means is that you no longer care about the balance of your assets.

It's a feeling of being released from the spell of money.

When the valuation was positive, I was always worried about whether it would be negative.
The feeling of not wanting to lose money is terrifying.
This time, we were able to discover something surprising from the decline in stock prices.
