Imagine yourself ten years from now
Hi, recently, in my workplace, I've been having trouble with relationships.
In my workplace, job rotation does in two to three years.
My boss replaced last August, but he can't work much, and he's just thinking about himself.
I've met many people like this before, so honestly, I thought I'd be patient for a while.
Perhaps other members of the workplace thought that way too.
However, my boss, without any consultation recently, has often decided on his own. That's fine if it's the right decision, but that's not good at all. I feel that my colleagues' dissatisfaction is also quite high.
I think I had chosen to wait for a change of boss while still calming around, but thinking of myself ten years later, thinking about the cost performance of work and the cost performance of life, I believe that option is wrong.
I'm a Kazuyo Katsuma fan; I'm sure Kazuyo thinks that this is the simple answer, either to change personnel or to change jobs.
That's why since last month, I've been searching for a new location, registering for a job change agent, and collecting information.
Then, soon after I was thinking of making the request a human resource, my colleague exploded with my boss before me.
I was busy trying to get rid of that situation.
What I think now is that work-life balance is delicate.
The only thing that can be said is that concluding a safe conclusion is not a very good option for the cost performance of work.
Today may be a day to take risks and take some action.
I want to give my answer, imagining myself ten years from now.
