Do you want to live longer?

I can't say I have a healthy diet.

When it comes to eating habits, time-preference is high.
That being said, if I only eat processed foods, it's not.
I love vegetables, beans, seaweed, fruits, and fermented foods.

At home, my wife cooks.
I'm always grateful that the vegetables-based dishes line up.
However, mealtimes are irregular.
I eat only a balanced biscuit in the morning and noon, and sometimes I have dinner with my family.
Now, the whole family can eat at night under the influence of COVID-19, so I feel a little happiness.

You may be worried if I write something like this, but it's not that I'm forced to do it, it's my choice.

There is more than one reason, but the biggest reason is that when I eat, my thoughts do not work, and I become sleepy.

I also learned that there were various reasons such as short sleep time, bad eating, etc., but when I chose the best option in the current living environment, it became like this.

I don't know what will happen in the future by continuing this diet; My biggest fear is to live long in an unhealthy state.
Perhaps the reason why I cannot take a healthy diet is that I do not want to live long.

Now in Japan, it is said to be 100 years of life.
If I can draw my roadmap up to 100 years old, my diet may change a little.
