In the first place, I have neglected personal connections.
That's because I was able to do it without having to work hard at the company.
I have been very conscious of taking good care of people.
I thought that personal connections were just a by-product.
Therefore, I didn't look at people with a connection.

I took a seminar last July. The theme was, "Your connections ultimately determine your life."
When working for a company, many people neglect to make connections and leave nothing after leaving the company, because the company prepares the network.
On the other hand, the person who launches a business by themself has no choice but to make a personal connection, so that point is solid.

It was a painful story for a person who dedicated my life to the company.
If you think carefully, many bosses and co-workers who have worked at the same company are alienated after changing jobs.
I knew that I wasn't trying to connect myself; I was joined only by the company.

After that, I decided to meet people I could meet directly.
Even after I met, I became aware of loose connections through social networks.

But in the post-COVID-19 world, I've realized this is still not enough this week.
It means that you have to connect well with people you have never met.

If social-distance becomes the standard, the chances of the meeting will decrease.
It's the era of making connections between people by making full use of online tools.
If you meet someone online for the first time, you want to know their background and personality.
For this reason, it will be necessary to disseminate information even further.

I used to think that social networks, blogs, and YouTube were time thieves, trying to get them out of my time log.
It is good that offer information is active, so strengthening and expanding loose connections will become more critical in the future.

However, it takes longer than pressing "Like," so I would like to comment more actively and strengthen the connection.
And I strongly felt that not only the connection of letters but also the communication through the camera must be actively done.

Let's communicate face-to-face, even online.

From now on, I would like to make more comments on the social network, strengthen the connection, and make more and more faces to communicate.
