Is Sleep-learning possible?
Hello, Lately, my tinnitus at night is so bad that I have a lack of sleep.
I am still in my forties but suffer from tinnitus.
When I visited a nearby clinic, I give a herbal medicine called "Goshajinkigan," which made it a little easier, but when I stopped taking it, it restored.
I'm not bothered to sleep every day, but sometimes I can't sleep at night.
When I couldn't sleep like that, I used to listen to white noise before, but recently I've found that I can sleep as soon as I sleep while listening to the reading of the Kindle.
So I wondered if sleep learning was still there.
I may have been a high school student, or maybe a junior high school student, but I bought "Sleep-learning-pillow" sold in Japan.
I tried using it for a while but stopped because I couldn't experience the effect at all.
Right now, I only use it to introduce sleep, so I don't expect that effect at all, but I remember clearly the contents of the story for a few minutes before I fell asleep.
When I go to sleep, I have no memory, of course, but it takes only a few minutes for me to fall asleep, but it turns out that I have unexpected concentration.
I haven't found a way to use it so far because it's too short, but I'll try to find a bit of good content for pre-sleep learning.
